English IPA
Year Round IPA

Please, Can We Call it a Tallywacker?

Apparently we can. Behind the irreverence lies a beautifully layered beer, a British-influenced IPA built on Maris Otter, kölsch malt, pale wheat, and oats, hopped with earthy Goldings, Styrian Goldings, and the smooth tropical lilt of Cashmere. British yeast brings an authentic English fermentation character to a grain bill that rewards the attention. It is, despite itself, an exceptionally well-crafted pint.

Tasting Notes

Earthy and floral on the nose with hints of lemon zest, melon, and mild spice from the Goldings character. A rich, lightly biscuity malt midpalate balanced against firm but polished bitterness. Cashmere carries through in the finish; soft tropical fruit and an unexpectedly smooth, clean exit.

Pairs Well With

Fish and chips, classic cheeseburger, aged cheddar and charcuterie, roasted chicken.
