When do I get my mug?
Just stop in after signing up and a staff member will set up your dedicated mug behind the bar. It'll be waiting every time you visit.
How does the renewal work?
Standard and Annual memberships renew automatically each year. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes — log in and visit your account dashboard to switch tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is the Lifetime membership really forever?
Yes. One payment, no renewals, no expiration. It's our way of saying thanks to our most dedicated supporters.
