Imperial Stout
Seasonal Stout

International Incident

A massive American imperial stout built on a pale ale base with flaked oats for silky body and chocolate malt for dark roast complexity. Bittered aggressively with Magnum over a long 90-minute boil, then finished with Fuggle hops for earthy depth. Deep black with flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, and enough firm bitterness to anchor every warming sip.

Tasting Notes

Rich aromas of dark roast coffee, unsweetened chocolate, and dark dried fruit. The palate is full and chewy with assertive bitterness, roasted grain, and a warming finish that lingers long.

Pairs Well With

Aged gouda, chocolate lava cake, smoked barbecue, vanilla ice cream.
