Hallowed Ground

Some ground is sacred. Built on an expressive foundation of Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe, driven deep into the dry hop, Hallowed Ground is a West Coast-leaning IPA with substantial hop presence from first sip to last. A clean American malt backbone of pale malts, accented with Munich and dextrin malts for body, lets the hops say everything they need to: citrus peel, pine resin, and orange blossom.

Tasting Notes

Aroma of grapefruit rind, orange zest, and floral citrus blossoms with a clean malt backdrop. The palate opens with firm, clean bitterness, Centennial's trademark, followed by waves of Amarillo's apricot and melon character. Finishes dry, resinous, and bright with lingering citrus oils.
