Hazy IPA
Year Round IPA

The Annexation of Puerto Rico

Bold in name, bolder in execution. A substantial New England IPA built on Simpsons Golden Promise and 2-row, smoothed with flaked oats and flaked wheat for a full, pillowy body. Two rounds of dry hopping with Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic build layers of tropical and citrus intensity that compound on themselves. The yeast contributes the signature stone fruit esters that tie everything together. At 7.2%, it moves deceptively fast.

Tasting Notes

Bursting with mango, passion fruit, overripe peach, and freshly squeezed citrus on the nose. The body is lush and full, soft tropical fruit throughout, with yeasts peachy esters weaving through Citra's brightness and Galaxy's herbal-citrus depth. Bitterness is low and supportive, making this dangerously drinkable for its strength.

Pairs Well With

Mango salsa and grilled fish, spicy fish tacos, Thai green curry, fruit-forward desserts.
